    Delegate Armstead moves to amend the bill on page 2, line 21, section 11-15-3a, by deleting the phrase “one and one-half” and inserting in lieu thereof “two”;

And,

    On page 2, line 23, section 11-15-3a, by deleting the word “Contingent”;

And,

    On page 3, line 1, section 11-15-3a, by deleting the phrase “December 31, 2012" and inserting in lieu thereof “June 30, 2012";

And,  

    On page 3, line 3, section 11-15-3a, by after the word “chapter” by deleting the colon and inserting in lieu thereof a period, and deleting the remainder of subdivision (3);

And,

    On page 3, line 16, section 11-15-3a, by deleting the word “Contingent”

And,

    On page 3, line 19, section 11-15-3a, by deleting the phrase “December 31, 2013" and inserting in lieu thereof “June 30, 2013";

And, 

    On page 3, line 21, section 11-15-3a, by after the word “defined” by deleting the colon and inserting in lieu thereof a period and deleting the remainder of subdivision (4);

And,

    On page 5, line 2, following the period by striking all of Section 11B-2-20.
